Adept Engineering & Building Services Pte Ltd was established in 2011 by a group of Building & Facilities personnel who have more than 25 years of experience in Fire & Building Maintenance works.

For many years, Adept’s has been serving many industries namely, petrol-chemical, manufacturing, electronic, health, security, defense, IT in public & private sectors

Apart from delivering excellent services, Adept strives to serve our Client in their best interest in terms of Management, Quality & Performance.

Workplace & Fire safety has always been paramount in all Adept’s engineering business undertakings. Adept has spare no effort in engaging WSH personnel/Fire safety managers for all our business activities, to ensure all areas of safety, are fully complied to local legislation.

Attaining BizSafe Level 3 is testament to Adept’s commitment to Safety.

As part of expansion plan, Airconditioning Unit was set-up in 2000, to plant a footing in the growing local market. As a start, Adept’s has been appointed as an approved DAIKIN AIRCONDITIONING (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD contractor/vendor for Service Maintenance, Repair & Maintenance.

The team have been trained by Daikin in Basic Operating Conditions & Maintenance for Air-Conditioning System & also VRV System Commissioning and Troubleshooting. Since then, we have been delivering services in commercial, public & private residential, office & industries for the last few years.

Adept’s put a great emphasis to the safety and health of everyone at its location & surrounding environment. We believe that accidents and injuries are preventable & all measures should be adopted to achieve the objective. Nobody is allowed to ignore the established safety rules and regulations.
